Orders

All care is taken to send the seeds in protective packaging, however we cannot control how they are delivered.

If your seeds arrive to you damaged, simply return then in the original package for a full refund or replacement, your choice, or alternatively simply take a photo of the packaging, seeds and tracking and we will determine the best course of action.

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. Return postage costs are not refundable.

As you have already receive and used the seeds you will not receive a refund, however we may offer you replacements.

Unfortunately this can be a number of issues with postage courier or other delivery methods.

We allow 5 working days for processing from the time of purchase and mainly process orders on a weekend ready for the post on the following Monday.

To cancel an order simply contact us immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once posted, however once you have received the product, simply return it for a full refund.

NOTE: the buyer is responsible for all return costs. Return costs will not be refunded.

At the time of postage you will receive a tracking number for Australia post or the courier.

This will allow you to track your order.

NOTE: It may take up to a week for Australia Post to register the tracking number.
