As you have already obtained/received the product by downloading you are not able to obtain a refund.

All care is taken to send the seeds in protective packaging, however we cannot control how they are delivered.

If your seeds arrive to you damaged, simply return then in the original package for a full refund or replacement, your choice, or alternatively simply take a photo of the packaging, seeds and tracking and we will determine the best course of action.

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. Return postage costs are not refundable.

As you have already receive and used the seeds you will not receive a refund, however we may offer you replacements.
First thing to remember is that Adeniums (Desert Roses) thrive in warm climates.

The seeds are harvested from the mother plant at regular intervals and are fresh, we do not sell old seeds.

Some reasons for they do not germinate:

  • Planted in cooler months
  • Soaking seeds
  • Over watering
  • De-husked seeds

Planted in cooler months - as stated previously the adeniums thrive in warmer months, this is especially important if you live in cooler states like NSW, SA, VIC or TAS.

Soaking seeds - some people will soak their adenium seeds prior to planting, we definitely do not recommend soaking seeds as this will lead to the seeds rotting.

Over watering - adeniums require little watering, over watering the seeds when planted will cause rot and kill the seed.

De-husking seeds - removing the outer layer (the natural protective layer) of the seed will kill it

Adeniums are super simple to grow, place the seed in a pot about 1cm deep in good quality seed raising mix or potting mix. In almost every case, we have found that it is a user error meaning that the person has done something wrong to prevent the seed from germinating.

Probably the most asked question is: "Should I clean my Coins?" In short, the answer is no! All genuine coin collectors will not buy cleaned coins. Sure collectors will still buy them, depending upon variety and rarity, but for a substantially lower price. Of course for heavily soiled coins, only wash the major dirt off with water, no soap, no detergent and most certainly no solvents or acids. "What happens if I clean my coins?" Cleaning any type of coin will decrease it's value dramatically. I have been looking for a real "hit home" video that will explain why you don't clean coins and I think I have finally found it. But the whole point of the video is "don't clean coins". I hope this video hits home from the fact of what a coin value is when it is uncleaned compared to a cleaned coin.

We have a range of postage options that you will see upon checkout. We strongly suggest that you always choose "tracked" postage. NOTE: If a product does not arrive with "Untracked" postage, you will not be refunded as we cannot verify that you have or have not received the product.

Unfortunately this can be a number of issues with postage courier or other delivery methods.

We allow 5 working days for processing from the time of purchase and mainly process orders on a weekend ready for the post on the following Monday.
