Yes we do, this is depending upon what coin or banknote and depending upon what the current demand is.Do you do valuations?
Yes we do, however we will not do bulk valuations, meaning we will not do valuations for multiple coins or banknotes.Do you offer support for downloaded products?

Firstly all valuations are an "estimate".One thing that people do not understand, although they may have a valuable coin or banknote they think that they will get the catalogue price or higher. This cannot be further from the truth, it is extremely rare that a buyer/seller will get a higher price, usually it is lower.
NOTE: Coins and Banknotes are only as valuable as what someone will pay for them.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order simply contact us immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once posted, however once you have received the product, simply return it for a full refund.
NOTE: the buyer is responsible for all return costs. Return costs will not be refunded.
How do I get a refund?
Before Postage: Simply contact us immediately
After Postage: Return the product in its original condition for a full refund

How do I get a valuation?
Simply use the "request a valuation" form and upload your image(s) (one per coin/banknote) both sides. Your image(s) must be of the highest quality and not blurry to ensure the best possible valuation. NOTE: Submission of blurry or unviewable images will be ignored.How do I modify an order?

How do I track an order?
At the time of postage you will receive a tracking number for Australia post or the courier.
This will allow you to track your order.
NOTE: It may take up to a week for Australia Post to register the tracking number.
